Job Summary:

Our client is starting a fast- track implementation of Epicor at the end of October.  We need a resource to help gather requirements and assist in the implementation at our location in Cambridge Oh.  This person will report to the accounting department at the HQ office in Cincinnati but work on-site at our manufacturing plant to assist in gathering requirements and business process development.  We are looking for a resource with the following skills: 

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Cost accounting for job shop and assembly operation
• Experience in system Implementation – Epicor preferred
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Able to work with management to get requirements and make decisions on best practices
• Willing to work at a high level determining process, but also get into the details of loading BOM and other transactional type details into the system.
• Looking to automate a job shop with a new system in rapid fashion – support corporate accounting with boots in the ground
• Good communication skills – keep HQ informed about decision points
• Experience Level – 7+ years
