Position conducts compensation studies and analyzes employee compensation at all levels. Responsibilities include: regulatory compliance including FLSA, selecting appropriate survey sources; conducting compensation surveys, analyzing results and making recommendations; evaluating and updating job descriptions & salary ranges; maintaining compensation information system and generating reports; meeting with Divisional teams and provide a high level of service for job titles, job codes, salary recommendations, job description evaluations and salary range adjustments; attends external Retail Compensation Planning Meetings; stays abreast of trends and regulatory changes in the Compensation arena.
- 3+ years compensation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related major
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, prioritization skills, ability to meet very tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficient and comfortable learning and using a diverse range of software applications.
