Job Description :

This Project Lead position will be responsible for gathering information from multiple global product teams and regional support teams to define IT services and global product support offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT service frameworks such as ITIL and/or Microsoft Operations Framework. They will be able to work independently to gather the required information from teams, as well as work and collaborate with our global application support teams. This resource will working to define new IT services and ensure that they follow industry best practices and approved company processes.


Lead the detailed analysis and development of the defined solution.
Apply structured Project Management methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in scope, and are relevant to the business objectives.
Requires 5-7 years progressive project management experience.
Requires knowledge and application of project management methodologies in complex environments.


Main areas of focus for this project will include but not be limited to:
  • Working with global support teams and product teams to define service deliverables
  • working with global support team to refine SLA's , OLA's and support processes for specific global IT products
  • Documenting the global IT service framework and deliverables
  • Working with regional teams to define existing processes and get input into how global processes should integrate with regions
  • Working with global product teams to define and document regional integration and processes
  • Working with global deployment teams to help define and document product deployment processes
  • Helping to setup a Global Level 3 support team and assist with on boarding and off boarding of resources 
  • Good technical background with Microsoft BizTalk, MSMQ (Core technologies) and also the SCCM and SCOM.
  • The resource should have some project co-ordination experience to handle data movement project between the stores and the corporate office.
  • This involves on boarding new stores into the system.
