Gunther Douglas’ client is seeking a Quality Engineer for a permanent opportunity in Superior, CO.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years experience in quality assurance
• Background in quality assurance best practices
• Test case and test plan management, creation, and execution
• Defect tracking and test case management systems and concepts
• Prior team leadership or management experience a plus
• Hands on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle
• Testing experience with Linux and other UNIX-like operating systems a must, Windows OS and OS X helpful
• Experience with test automation and network test/validation tools helpful
• Previous UI testing experience, ideally web-based
• Scripting (bash, csh, Perl, Python, etc.) a plus
• Good familiarity with IP networking preferred
