Branch Manager
The Company:
My client has been established for many many years and provides an extended range of permanent and temporary recruitment services to a variety of public and private sector clients in many areas.
The Position:
As the Branch Manager focussing on business growth, you will be responsible for a small team initially however will be given the autonomy and opportunity to grow this quite considerably and quickly. You will also be required to focus on new business generation, existing business development and team development.
The Successful Candidate:
My client is ideally looking for someone extremely drive, determined and motivated in order to achieve business growth quite quickly. With this in mind, my client is looking for candidates with a proven track record of new business generation, developing existing client bases and team development. This may come from Branch Management experience within the Industrial/Catering/Commercial field or from a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead role within the same fields. You must also have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
The Package:
My client is offering a basic salary of up to £35k per annum dependant on experience and a benefits package to include a competitive bonus structure, company car, pension and health care.
