My client is small CPA firm experiencing organic growth.  Very progressive firm (paperless) so strong IT skills are a must.  

They are looking for someone with small business accounting, tax, and consulting experience.  Individual tax experience would be a plus.

Candidates may also have a mix of small business accounting & individual tax.

Required skills performed for small business clients: Closing the books, prepping financials, prepping tax returns.

This role has partnership potential for the right individual, so personality is key.

Degree is required.

CPA is preferred but not required.

Managing Partner is looking to interview post busy season but is looking to schedule now.
