Head Of Professional Services (closed)
A newly created role, as Head of Professional Services you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for scoping, planning, management and delivery of expert professional services to partners, integrators and end users.
Pre-sales consultation, recommendation and specification through to managing configuration and commissioning or products and hardware solutions for both national and international partners.
Technical training and bespoke applications to fit customer specific requirements. You will also develop and propose revenue generating schedules for professional support and maintenance schedules.
Key Challenges:
- maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- skills in diplomacy, negotiation internally and externally
- championing products as the standard industry choice for next generation solutions
- ensure installations are correctly proposed, designed, installed and commissioned
- ensure that the value of services is understood by partners and clients as the standard rather than an 'optional extra'
This is a key, customer facing role and an exciting opportunity to be involved of a fast expanding company at the leading edge of real time control products.
Ideally suited to a technical sales professional with a high level of competence of networking systems. Significant travel will be required in UK, Europe, USA and the Far East.
