Job Description

Our client is Asia's fastest-growing distribution, retail design and production service provider specializing in food, healthcare, beauty and cosmetic products, fashion apparel, accessories and home goods.  Headquartered in Shanghai, they have an extensive distribution and production network in Greater China and Asean countries employing over 6,000 employees.  As they expand, they are looking for high caliber individual to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Key Account team to achieve the sales target of assigned agencies and channels by formulating sales planning and strategies
  • Ensure clear revenue, distribution and merchandising objectives set monthly/ annually in conjunction with marketing teams and principals directly
  • Focus on optimizing volume and margin mix to enhance profitability for the Company and the clients by brand and category
  • Monitor and control the trade spending within budget via regular reviews against objectives internally and externally
  • Resource in market with appropriate skill set and champion with retailers advantaged positions by category
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Key Account team to meet and exceed agreed goals and objectives

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified or above
  • At least 8 years’ key account and trade marketing management experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry
  • At least 3 years experience in managerial or supervisory level
  • Effective planning, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS applications
