Senior IT Project Manager;
Location: Edgewood, MD;
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a security clearance;

Responsibilities:
• IT Project Management and systems integration
• Manage daily operational aspects of project and scope
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contract products to the government
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to ensure customer requirements are being met in accordance with PWS
• Provide team direction and vision, including motivation to perform, individualized professional development counseling and team cohesion
• Provide consistent level of quality and performance; continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and improve client relations
• Provide for the selection, training, professional development and work evaluation of subordinate staff and make recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required
• Develop and monitor program budget; oversee financial well-being of program by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls; conducts Earned Value Management
• Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards in support of vision

Requirements:
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• 5-10 years experience in the following areas:
o IT Project Management
o Software Development Lifecycle
o Government Contracting
o Oracle Relational Databases
o Java
o Systems Engineering
o Microsoft Project
o CMMI
o Project Management Professional
