The successful candidate will provide operational, administrative, and solutions-focused customer service support to employees and manager
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least five (5) years experience in an HR office with a variety of experience in recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, and high employee contact.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
- Strong customer service and group presentation skills required.
- Strong organization skills.
- PHR highly desired.
