Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist tour operators to the USA and due to expansion is looking to recruit a sales driven, dynamic and fun loving Travel Consultant in its Hertfordshire premises.

Working with a busy, successful team this role will allow you, as a travel professional, to deliver your skills to highly discerning clients. Successful candidates will be responsible for arranging tailor made holidays that meet the individual needs of each traveller over the telephone directly to clients or via high quality independent travel agents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for travel professionals to work for a well established, successful travel specialist offering excellent training, good package and plenty of fam trips.

Candidate Requirements

Strong travel sales experience
Experience achieving against targets and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of English language
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Friendly, professional telephone manner
IT literate
Strong customer focus
Sales driven and able to work under pressure

Remuneration & Hours of Work

Competitive salary dependant on experience plus bonus and benefits including highly subsidised travel to the USA

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with some Saturdays per month on a rota basis
