We are looking for proven technical contributors who will help guide the technical direction of our MDEX server. The MDEX server has proven support for features such as Guided Navigation, search and analytics. We are pursuing our vision of turning the MDEX into an Information Access DBMS. To pursue this vision we need engineers who can effectively and consistently deliver well-designed, high quality software.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven capability to deliver quality software in an agile development environment and experience in software development principles and practices such as OO design and testing.

Responsibilities:
-Work on a small team to deliver software in response to business and technical specifications
-Contribute to the design and approach for solving challenging problems
-Participate in all aspects of the software life cycle, including definition, design, implementation, testing and delivery

Qualifications:
-3-5 years experience in software development
-Strong skills in Object Oriented design and development
-Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Experience:
-Significant experience with C++
-Distributed systems
-Database implementation
-Compiler design
-Search
-Experience with agile development
-Mentorship of other engineers
