ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE-LEGAL DIVISION

OVERVIEW
The Account Executive (AE) represents the company in their assigned territory and sells computer solutions via telephone and other electronic media. Their primary target market is the legal profession in their assigned territory as well as middle market and large organizations outside of SoCal. As a representative, the AE will meet or exceed sales objectives by marketing and selling our services and solutions. This high-energy teleseller will be expected to exercise creativity, diligence and a self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude to accomplish their revenue goals. Lastly, the AE will present professional and ethical business acumen. The AE reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
§ Meet or exceed the annual net revenue sales[1] goal of $200K/quarter or $800K/year.
§ Develop new customers.
§ Maximize and broaden existing customer sales opportunities including penetrating new sales contacts at existing customers.
§ Work daily within the Sales Logix (CRM) database and record all sales and marketing related activities.
§ Thoroughly complete all administrative processes needed to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
§ Prepare and present quality communications, quotations and presentation materials for sales calls.
§ Help management mentor new AE hires as requested from time to time.
§ Forecast to management your individual sales opportunities on a 30 to 90 day basis.
§ Create a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory or vertical market(s).
§ Report to and regularly work with the Sales Manager
§ Represent the firm in networking/other events that are strategic to growing your territory.
§ Develop personal leadership for the company by being responsible for at least one company sales or marketing growth initiative.

§ Enthusiastic, warm, natural and persuasive phone skills.
§ Ability to develop long-term business development relationships over the phone.
§ Fluent and current in use of CRM software as well as MS Office
§ Mature self-starter.
§ Strategic and tactical selling skills.
§ High level networking skills.
§ Organized, disciplined with follow-up.
§ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
§ Ability to develop expertise regarding their territory/vertical market(s).

§ Mature, experienced business developer with a strong sales track record selling services to corporate decision makers.
§ Competitive, goal driven professional to exceed sales targets. Aggressive for personal wealth creation and getting the order.
§ Fearless to engage prospects and customers over the phone.
§ Coachable with a desire to grow in sales and territory management skills.
§ Experienced with long-term sales and marketing planning, and week-by-week tactical implementation of that plan.
§ 4-year college degree preferred.
§ 2-3 years successful personal telesales selling track record with B2B, distribution or professional services, preferably in the legal community.
