As an Account Director you must be a driver of change, a solution oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of ethology’s services, and be able to advise clients on strategies to meet their marketing objectives generally around growth, cost reduction and performance improvement. You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and specifically feel comfortable budgeting and forecasting. You will work as part of a cross functional team.
If you have the ability to do this:
- Forge strong professional relationships with world-class clients
- Provide concise client communication and reports
- Maintain effective client call frequency schedule
- Fully understand search and social campaign strategies, goals, and performance
- Perform client engagement discovery and evaluation calls
- Create, manage, review, and analyze client-facing reports
- Help the team exceed client-identified business objectives
- Monitor and convey industry trends to clients
- Provide clear client feedback to internal performance teams
