Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Manager position will display strong supervisory skills and enjoy coaching and developing skill sets within the team. Responsibilities:

• Managing the verification of invoices
• Staff supervision and development
• Check or ACH runs as needed
• Manage invoice matching and compliance process
• Resolution of issues with vendors and customers
• Preparation of AP journal entries
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Identify helpful solutions during growth of organization
• Additional special projects as needed

 Desired Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall A/P experience
• Retail industry experience is a must
• 4+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledgeable and experienced with ERP systems
