Job Description
Experis has a client with an immediate need for a financial business analyst. This is a permanent position with a nationally known healthcare services organization and comes with immediate opportunity for growth, great salary, and great benefits!!
QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The job will be approximately 70% report driven 30% other duties.
- This position will support budget system and maintain and automated accouting processes within an Access Database. Candidate will also support the month-end process
- Bachelor's degree is Required!
- Strong Experience using Access, Excel, and Word.
- Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems.
- Advanced interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with technical personnel, clinical staff, consultants, and senior staff.
- Strong Experience with Access - writing queries, as well as, maintenance and fixing issues that may arise.
- Experience with Data-mining
- IT and analytical experience is a plus - Financial Analyst backgrounds translate well to this position.
- Ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience and experience automating accounting processes witin Access and Excel.
