1. BS Engineering degree required

2. 10+ years experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Refinery or Petrochemicals

3. 5+ years of supervisory experience managing professionals

4. Previous capital project budget management experience

5. Demonstrated ability to independently champion initiatives

6. Demonstrated ability to develop technical professionals

7. Excellent communication skills including presentations to senior management

8. Experience in Process Safety Management
