Our client is a Top Tier UK Law Firm who has undergone a tremendous amount of growth globally within the past couple of years. They are currently in a unique position to take on strong candidates with an IT/IP background.

Suitable candidates will need to have an in-depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines pertaining to intellectual property issues from both a contentious and non-contentious standpoint. More specifically, you’ll need to have had substantial experience working on patent-related transactions preferably with international clients. The right candidate will need to have had some exposure to the PRC market as well.

You will be given a tremendous amount of autonomy and will have to be comfortable in being the first point of contact for various corporate clients.

You will need to be PRC qualified with an additional Commonwealth (UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore) qualification being a greater advantage.

You must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
