We have been engaged to recruit 2 Implementation Managers for our client, a technology company based in Eden Prairie, MN.  Our customer’s Implementation Managers will manage 4-6 client implementations at any given time, and these implementations will take 4-6 months, on average, to complete.  Our client has a proprietary, phased client implementation process that these new hires will learn and follow.  However, it is important that Implementation Managers are able to think and act nimbly and creatively, as not all of the implementations can follow the standard process. At this time our client prefers to engage local candidates only. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer implementations, adhering to a defined, phased process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their implementation process
• Coordinate all activities (internal and external) to ensure successful implementation and go-live

• Must be able to travel 1-2 days per month (maximum)
