Recruitment Consultant – Telecoms

My clients are a Telecoms specialist Executive Search recruitment agency. Incorporated in 2000 they recruit for executive level professionals and have a real passion for the technology market and have made great strides to become a global leader in this area.

Working with some of the major communications companies they recruit throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East on a retained search basis. The main area of focus within the telecoms field is presales and marketing placing Account Managers, Sales Directors and Account Directors and CEO’s in to highly prized positions worldwide. As a company they are dedicated to the end to end provision of executive search personnel and are experiencing continuous growth as a result of their valuable skills, this has brought the need to expand the team.

They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Birmingham. You must have a successful and proven recruitment background to be eligible for this role. You will be a polished individual with a good head for business and must be articulate with a clear speaking professional tone. You will have a passion for your career and will be work orientated and very focused on each element of your profession, you will be highly money motivated as this position offers substantial financial reward. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to source and work with some of the highest calibre of candidates in your field, the people you will approach will not actively be looking for a position so you will be keen to understand this type of recruitment if you are coming from a different background.
