Job Description
Accenture's management consulting practice is characterized by delivering added value to our clients. Our CRM specialty helps organizations drive business performance through customer centricity, by enabling them to keep pace with evolving market conditions, achieve the flexibility to respond quickly to changing customer expectations, and execute differentiated customer experiences with high certainty of results.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Develop solutions in either Customer Experience Transformation (Strategy, Blueprint, customer centric operating model), Customer Analytics (e.g. Insights-Driven Marketing, Campaign Management, Customer Segmentation) or Pricing and Profit Optimization (Deal Management, Price Execution, Price Setting)
- Development of CRM capabilities within the team and foster one global network.
- Maintain close client relationships, generate business opportunities and projects, and work closely together with CRM leadership team.
Opportunity Development
- Identifying business development opportunities that are aligned with client agendas and develop compelling business case/response to new business opportunities
Client Relationship Development and Management
- Developing trusted senior level relationships with clients, target clients and internal experts, qualifying opportunities and negotiating complex solutions.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement programs.
- Building and managing strong client and Accenture teams.
Practice Building
- Participating in practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting)
- Developing expertise in specific practice specialty areas to drive firm recognized expertise
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Pricing Transformation Programs
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working within the oil and gas/energy industry
- Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred Skills:
- Functional and/or technical experience with CRM/Pricing Packed Software (Salesforce.com, PROS, Vendavo, etc.)
- Experience with Shale Gas preferred
- Experience with the unconventional gas business
- Deep functional experience across the upstream value chain - from planning through exploration, development and operations.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to address strategic components of the upstream or downstream business
- Deep expertise in problem solving and structuring, (logical and analytic capabilities)
- Significant experience with resolving issues associated with improving operating and strategic performance of upstream or downstream business.
- Demonstrated ability to build, extend and maintain senior client relationships
- Network of industry relationships - upstream/downstream companies and service providers
- Strong executive presence and client building/influencing skills
- Exceptional communication and team building/mentoring skills
