The expectations for this mid-level position is good hands on experience with

• CUCM,
• CUC,
• Voice Gateways (h323, mgcp & SIP)
• Presence server & Jabber
• UCCX is plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Run with site migration with minimum guidance from Senior Voice Engineer
• able to install and upgrade UC servers and voice gateways
