Our client, with one of the most competitive presence in their headquarters, has been continually expanding across Asia over the past decade. Their overall corporate culture and level of work have attracted lawyers from other top international firms over the years. At the moment, they are looking for senior candidates to be considered for their Hong Kong office.

The right candidate must be Hong Kong qualified. You will have to have gained at least 6 years of experience with a Top International Law firm. You will need to have been exposed to various corporate transactions including IPOs, Private Equity, M&As, FDIs, and Joint Ventures.

Candidates will need to be fluent in English with the fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese being a distinct advantage.

The prospects to partnership will be tremendous so a strong network or an existing book of business will be extremely advantageous.
