Position Title – SAP BW7.3 and BOBJ4 Consultant
Location - Toronto
Description
Our client, a leading IT Consulting Company is presently looking for a SAP BW7.3 and BOBJ4 Consultant
Candidate Requirements;
Specific Accountabilities:
_ Upgrade SAP enterprise environments to SAP BOBJ4 and BW7.3
_ Perform system and regression testing on SAP enterprise environments, support user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues encountered or escalate to SAP vendor
_ Document SAP BI/BOBJ build books for new version
Qualifications
Specific Technical Knowledge Required:
§ Prior experience upgrading SAP enterprise installations to SAP BOBJ4 and/or BW7.3.
§ SAP BW Academy Certification and at least 5 years experience supporting and configuring the SAP Business Warehouse, and experience in SAP BW BEX presentation and development tool.
§ At least 5 years experience with developing and implementing SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI), Crystal, and Xcelsius
front-end reports and dashboards. Able to use Java Script/HTML to customize web reports.
§ Experience performing system and regression testing for SAP BI and BOBJ solutions.
§ Good understanding of SAP HR, FI/CO, WM ,and SC functional areas.
§ Excellent SAP InfoProviders data modeling knowledge and data analysis skills.
§ Experience with performance tuning of BI processes and BOBJ reports.
§ Experience with SAP ABAP programming.
§ Experience with Oracle database environments and SQL .
§ Experience with UNIX environment and shell scripting on IBM AIX OS environments.
§ Strong understanding of reporting concepts.
§ Requires knowledge and experience with the Company's architectures, standards and processes for information technologies, such as, but not limited to, TSDC Maintenance and Application Release Management, Project Management, ITSM, Change and Problem Management, CMM, ITIL,or similar.
