 I take this opportunity to give a brief about a requirement we have at Air2web, Chennai.

Air2Web began as a mobile internet platform provider, then developed SMS and gateway services, and now delivers hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) for rapid, low-cost implementation of mobile communications in support of companies’ CLM processes. Today Air2Web provides turnkey mobile messaging solutions that reduce the cost of customer care and increase the effectiveness of marketing and customer service for enterprise customers that want to use mobile as part of their CLM strategy.

Our client is looking at candidates who have the following skills :

• At least 9+ years of hands on experience and advanced level knowledge in Java, J2EE programming.
• Experience in architecting scalable web based applications using J2EE framework.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, architectural patterns and integration patterns.
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, thoughts, and opinions during requirements and design sessions with the development team.
• Experience in design and development of multi-tier mission critical applications using/in:

ü   Operating Systems (Linux/Solaris, Windows)

ü   Web and Application Servers (Apache/Weblogic/JBoss/Tomcat)

ü   Database (Oracle & MySQL)

ü   Messaging middleware

ü   Open source frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate…etc)

ü   Network, Security, Firewalls

ü   Capacity Planning, sizing

ü   Load balancing, Fault tolerance, high availability

Technical Competencies:

• Programming: J2SE, J2EE, Web Services
• Web Server: Tomcat
• Application Server: JBOSS, Weblogic
• Database: Oracle, MySQL
• Markup languages: HTML(5), XML
• Deployment Tools: ANT, MAVEN
• Protocols: HTTP(S), (S)FTP, SMTP, SOAP
• Bug Tracking: Bugzilla / 2Ticket / JIRA
• Operating System: Windows,  Linux & Solaris

Experience Level: 9  years to 12 years.
