Production Support Analyst (SQL/Unix)
Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302
Length: Long Term Contract
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience – W2 OR Individual-Corp ONLY (S or C – Crop)

JOB SPEC:
Production Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Application Software Support activities across all tracks within the ITIL Service management Framework. Key responsibilities is to monitor daily production jobs, address production incident tickets, and generate relevant documents to the development team for fixes along with troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions. Strong SQL and Unix and Shell scripting skills are required for this role along with past experience in production support environment dealing with global application and must be flexible to work with stakeholders and partners in different time zones while adhering to he defined SLA’s.
