Due to expansion initiatives, this orginisation is looking for experienced Executive Search Associates or Senior Consultants with a demonstrated track record to provide creative and proactive support for retained executive search assignments. You will use your business acumen to make the most of your resources, maximize productivity and deliver results.

This is a senior role placing industry specialists, where you will use your skills and experience to ensure excellent levels of service to clients and candidates, building strong relationships and developing a real understanding of needs and requirements. In addition to this you will build on your understanding of this specialist market to make the most of every opportunity for new business. Your consultative approach will ensure that, not only are you delivering against expectations, but that you are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus.

Applicants must be educated, intelligent and ambitious individuals with at least two years external recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful billing. Experience can be in any sector, although we are particularly interested in those with experience in industrial, consumer industries, retail, technology or functional expertise in accountancy/finance/human resources/legal/supply chain management.
