Job Description
An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an incredibly bright, driven and business savvy graduate to join our vivacious client. We are after candidates who are keen to enter into a fast paced financial environment.
The successful applicant will be the newest member of the Foreign Exchange Sales desk. The role will be a demanding one, but is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. You will be responsible for sourcing and generating new business, managing corporate accounts as well as liaising with your trader orchestrating the smooth opening of accounts.
The chosen candidate can expect to complete an eclectic mix of daily activities such as:
- Actively research and generate profitable new business
- Accrue and apply solid financial and business acumen to better understand customer requirements
- Maintain focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets
- Play an active role in the company and contribute to the strategic development of the business
- Deliver first class customer relationship management during the sales process & throughout all trades.
Key Candidate Must-Haves:
- High degree of professionalism, with a confident assertive style and a determination to deliver
- Flawless communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- High degree of self-motivation, combined with efficient time management and excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrate commitment to provide first class customer service
- Exhibit high levels of patience
- Ability to work effectively within a team but also be disciplined enough to work well independently too.
