Position Summary:

To proofread all types of labeling in all stages of the labeling approval process in Labeling Coordination department

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proofread all inserts, patient information inserts, container labels, etc. in various stages of production
• Review labeling artwork assuring compliance with the Master Draft, specification, templates and graphic instructions
• Maintains status in labeling tracking system and is responsible for the maintenance of files (printed labeling, memos, documents and other materials)
• Interacts and effectively collaborates with the Manager Label Coordination, Labeling Technician Lead and Labeling Technician II, Planner/Scheduler, Production Artists, Labeling Specialists, Labeling Technicians, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Engineering and others to promote rapport, trust and respect and to respond and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Completes labeling check lists and associated documents
• Utilize the electronic Mnemonic proof reading systems to verify labeling
• Assures compliance with current appropriate Federal Regulations and guidelines on labeling, Company guidelines, and Labeling Coordination procedures.
• Follow Company safety, health environmental policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned or as business needs require

Position Requirements:

Education Required: A High School degree required. Higher education background preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years relevant office experience

Experience Preferred: Previous experience in Pharmaceutical background helpful, Good typing and computer skills, including practical experience with MS Office

Pay Rate: $18 Per Hour
