Subsea Supervisor - Norway

My client is one of the largest international onshore/ offshore contractor companies in the oil & gas industry and URGENTLY looking for a Subsea Supervisor. YOU will be based onshore being responsible for the subsea crew on the rig and the management of equipment.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Subsea crew professional development and monitoring of their performance

-Involved in procurement and maintenance of drilling equipment like BOP, motion compensator and riser systems including other relevant equipment

-Liaising and interface with clients regarding equipment

-Occasional offshore trips for inspections and audits

-Actively involved in HSE procedures in operations

-Compiling internal and external reports 

Requirements:

-Higher technical qualifications in engineering/ relevant certificates

-5+ years experience on drilling field

-Strong experience in HSE

-Highly experienced in offshore operations and strong knowledge of relevant equipment

-Strong leadership and analytical skills
