Responsibilities:

• Managing the local sales team and ensuring the department is in compliance to CPE requirements
• Handling daily inquiries on courses
• Providing individually tailored advice at all times
• Account manage student applications from original enquiry to payment of tuition fees
• Pro-actively generate enquiries and following up with leads assigned.
• Attend fairs to promote and recruit potential students  

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in business with about 4 years of proven sales experience 
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Confident with people and proven successful experience in a customer or advisor focused role
• You must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong sales background able to clearly explain on all courses
• Display a fast thinking approach with an ability to pick up new skills and digest complex information quickly.
• Be self-motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required
• Be forward thinking and determined to work hard to reach set targets
