Our client, with one of the largest presence within their region, has been continually expanding across Asia over the past decade. Their overall corporate culture and level of work have attracted lawyers from other top tier international firms over the years. At the moment, they are looking for senior lawyers to join their team during an exciting period of growth for their Hong Kong office.

The right candidate will ideally be Hong Kong qualified but a US qualification will be considered as well. You will have to have gained at least 5 years of experience with a Top International Law firm and a few years of which will need to have been based in Asia. You will need to have been exposed to various corporate transactions including private equity, IPOs, M&As, FDIs, and joint ventures. The exposure to the oil, gas & energy industry will be of a great advantage as the firm is famous for servicing the biggest companies in the world who specialize in this area.

Candidates will need to be fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin. A strong network within Hong Kong will be highly advantageous.
