Duration: Starts from 4/26/2012 thru 6/30/2012 with chance of extension.
This state agency is looking for a contractor will be responsible for reviewing the Service Desk software and practices and make recommendations regarding the current state of the software used, and services, and recommend a desired state that will deliver improved performance and reporting functions. The agency's current Service Desk Software has reached the end of its effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible to review offerings from vendors and other services to either replace or overhaul the existing software and practices to deliver a more robust application with a focus on self-service, enhanced reporting, and issue/resolution tracking. .
Required skill sets:
- Subject Matter Expert in Service Desk software product and vendor analysis Required 10 Years ,
- Ability to communicate to customers, SMEs and business owners Required 10 Years ,
- Plan SME and Stakeholder meetings and and communicate goals and objectives Required 10 Years,
- SME on Help Desk best practices and policies Required 10 Years ,
- Ability to work with ODOT staff to asimilate current state of service desk Required 10 Years ,
- Develop a plan and strategy for a high functioing service desk environment Required 10 Years
