Brief Job Description:
•Develop, drive, and project manage all defined processes & steps of client implementations
•Develop & define detailed scope documentation & project plan
•Coordinate required resources to support implementation
•Coordinate & facilitate project coordination, discussion, and status meetings
•Manage external/internal project expectations; escalate and mitigate project issues
•Manage project resources, scope, timeline, & budget per plan
•Coordinate solution testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support transition plan to account management team
•Lead software implementation projects including data analytics, configuration, installation, and validation
•May be required to manage multiple implementations in parallel

Experience/Technical Skills
•A minimum of 3+ experience in business MIS, data analysis, or software project management and/or software development/implementations.
•Healthcare experience as a baseline and Dental would be a huge leg up as it is a niche market.
•Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle best practices, processes, and policies.
•Solid hands-on experience in project and system development lifecycle.
•Strong understanding of project management methods, processes, standards, and tools;
•Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including the development of customer reports, proposals, presentations and training/communications materials.
