Manages client interaction and expectations regarding delivery efforts. Understanding of how customer needs relate to project issues and technical solutions. Owns and manages technical risks throughout the project. Act as a focal point for technology integration. Effective at developing relationships and managing across functional areas. Provides leadership for the design and implementation for projects from definition phase through implementation. Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. Build consensus for solutions or issue resolution. Understands how to position technology solutions to address business challenges: knows how to package and sell technical solutions. Ensure timely delivery of high quality enterprise solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong work ethic, leadership, attention to detail, assertiveness and initiative. Working knowledge of budget, finance, and project cost estimation. Leverage excellent written and communication skills to present project status to senior management. Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. Works independently leading large complex projects Responsible for overall revenue and profit objectives of the project in applicable areas of business.

Expected Responsibilities:
Ability to manage a highly diverse team of developers across all aspects of Vendor/Internal Insurance supporting technical solutions. Broad knowledge of Life Insurance, and Annuity products. Excellent knowledge of application development, database, middleware. Experience in technology solution design and delivery. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and a highly professional attitude. 5+ years deep technical experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. Experience with project planning and financials. Ability to work in fast passed, entrepreneurial, environment on multiple projects concurrently. Track record establishing and fostering positive and productive team culture. Experience software and competent use of Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. May have attained PgMP and / or PMP certification. Has extensive professional knowledge of market / industry trends Extensively understands finance, planning, forecasting, and personnel Possesses extensive working knowledge of enterprise strategy and able to apply that understanding to influence or guide project stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications:
Over 10 years of project management experience.  Successfully managed projects with 10 or more FTEs through full project lifecycle.
