Monday –Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

No Call/Outpatient Primary Care Only/ No Overtime

See approx 15 patients per day and unscheduled walk-ins, new patients are a 60 minute period and returning patients 30 minute appointments

History & Physicals, medication monitoring and refills

Required:  BCLS & computer skills, site uses computerized medical records system

Any State License
