DUTIES:  You will be responsible for:  (1) Acting as a business analyst and liaison between the end-user and stakeholder manufacturing community and the IT organization in the delivery and operation of technology solutions and processes; (2) Continuous monitoring and evaluation of existing business and system processes to determine opportunities for increased efficiency and/or effectiveness; (3) Playing  a  key and critical role in change management initiatives including performing functional design, solution design, validating requirements and proposed solutions, designing change management strategy, leading change management strategy, defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios, assisting in user acceptance testing, and validating delivery and training/knowledge transfer; (4) Identifying and implementing new manufacturing and shop floor dashboards and solutions; (5) Coordinating plant infrastructure upgrades and initiatives; (6) Developing and standardizing business process across manufacturing plant locations; (7) Monitoring incident and problem reporting and resolution.

REQUIRED: 

You currently reside in the Chicagoland metropolitan area.

You MUST have career progression from a role in functional manufacturing role (i.e. shop floor manufacturing role in production planning or manufacturing quality assurance or manufacturing plant maintenance or manufacturing process monitoring or manufacturing execution where you were in that role for 3+years

You MUST have at least 1+ year of configuration and testing with SAP or another major manufacturing software product to include release upgrades or new system configuration or module configuration.

You MUST have strong/current experience in design and implementation of reporting and dashboard related manufacturing solutions.

You MUST be current/recent in a role as a business analyst and liaison between IT and manufacturing.

You MUST have team leadership or project leadership or project management experience for a systems implementation project in a manufacturing industry.

You MUST have strong/current testing experience to include: unit, string, integration, security, and performance.

You MUST have strong/current change management experience with excellent change control procedure experience for moving new configurations or maintenance programs through the landscape.

You MUST have strong/current experience performing impact analyses and coordinating testing related to application of regular software patches and upgrades.

You must have EXCELLENT communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
