Experience must include:

Siteminder installation and configurations, creating policies, rules and active policies.

Single Sign on Set up with Kerberos and Siteminder tokens.

Federation using Siteminder Option pack, setting up federation agreements and Authentication policies.

SAML federation across different technologies.

Strong authentication/Radius authentication using Sitmeinder.

APS(Advance password  Services) installation and configuration.

Password Policies and rules.
Additionally should have experiences with:

Understand conceptually firewalls, load balancers,.

Understand web servers technology like IIS, Apache ERS.

Be familiar with server standards like Windows Server, SQL Server.
