- Responsible for recognizing, researching and resolving problems with IT systems, services and products
- Provide IT support for helpdesk
- Responsible for troubleshooting workstations and wireless terminals
- Provide end user support
- Technical desktop support
- LAN support
- PC set up
- Windows XP support
- Some hardware configuration

This position is with a large global manufacturing firm in Central OH.
- 2-3 years of hands on experience
- Knowledge of the of the Computer Sciences Field
- Scripting & programming experience- Helpful
- Application support
- Computer Science major or degree- Helpful
- Knowledge, working and understanding of PC/ LAN and Networks
- Ability to multi –task and meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills are a must
Working Conditions
Majority of work takes place in an office setting; may require off hours or remote access. Due to the nature of the position, must be comfortable in a fast paced, fluid environment. The ability to sit and work at a keyboard for extended periods of time and communicate with team members by phone, computer, and video teleconferencing is required.
