You will be required to design, develop and maintain electrical control systems for industrial automation equipment/machinery. Work to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. Working in a multi-disciplinary team you will be involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover. You may also be involved in maintenance programmes.

You will be educated to HND/HNC/City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or similar and 17th Edition and possess experience within automation, product handling, special purpose machinery. You will have the ability to read, understand and produce electrical drawings. PLC programming experience would be beneficial.
