Our client is a independent, successful and expanding recruitment agency. They supply a wide range of skilled and unskilled workers to businesses around the region, in the Engineering sectors. Their business is based on building long-term partnerships and forming a lasting and durable bond with their clients.

As part of their expansion they have a tremendous new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The role will involve managing an existing warm Engineering desk, with existing clients and running contracts that have the potential to be profitably developed. You will then be able to develop your own 360 recruitment role, building your desk with new clients and sourcing the best people.

The position comes with the responsibility of managing and developing your own desk, while working alongside an experienced friendly team of Consultants.
