Sr. International Client Services Consultant
The Senior International Client Service Consultants serves as the Single Point of Contact, owner and navigator of the relocation process for high level / VIP employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administering relocation policy / program Counseling employee and client on best utilization of resources Coordinating the shipment of household goods Destination services and expense management.
The PE maintains a reduced caseload, while ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of Excellent service.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES:
Provide single point of coordination for all phases of international assignment activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement. Provide exemplary customer service to assignee and his/her family.
Deliver core products and services (policy counseling, , immigration services, intercultural/language, moving services, temporary/permanent housing, etc.) to assigned customers according to prescribed client’s standards.
Counsel customers as to the best utilization on international assignment program benefits; conduct on-site and remote counseling with assignees and Client Management.
Demonstrate knowledge of policy and programs in all interactions with client and customer.
Act as an advocate for assignee coordinating third party suppliers.
Serve as subject matter expert in areas of expatriate comp. process and policy for client and customers
Responsible for ensuring data integrity
Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client’s needs.
Participate in adhoc client projects as needed
Maintain compliance with Cartus corporate policies, programs and standards.
