Position: CPU Logic Design Engineer
Location: North Carolina - Raleigh
Salary: 125k

Create transistor level custom circuit solutions for mobile microprocessor
products.  Work with machine architects to develop novel circuit
structures that provide competitive advantage to our embedded
microprocessors.  Work with technology team to exploit leading edge
foundry solutions for the microprocessor products.

Custom circuit team uses industry standard CAD tools in concert with
custom flows to develop innovative low power circuit solutions.
Responsibilities include: schematic entry, circuit simulation, circuit
optimization, layout implementation, and timing analysis.  Designs must
meet objectives for dynamic power, leakage power, circuit performance and
area.  Designer must be able to work effectively as part of a highly
integrated and interdependent design team to meet project objectives.

3 or more years of experience in custom CPU circuit design is required.
Expertise with scripting languages (Perl C Skill) is preferred.

Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
with three plus years experience
Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
