- 4+ years experience of server-side Java development
- Good understanding of RDBMS
- Experience working on scalable web-applications

It would be helpful if you had experience working with NoSQL technologies like Hadoop.  If you don't have experience working with these technologies, this would be a great chance to get exposure to them.
