Location: Watchung, NJ 07069
Length:Long Term Contract

JOB SPEC:
The role of a Production Support Manager is to provide leadership, manage day to day production activities, ensure production integrity, and enforce production standards. Oversee installations of major changes into production and Release Management including the final production acceptance review. This role has the overall responsibility for managing Production Support. This is a hands-on role, and the individual needs to feel comfortable with troubleshooting issues, and provide leadership to the production support teams. Strong UNIX, Java, and Oracle Database experience is required for this role along with past experience in production support environment dealing with global application and must be flexible to work with stakeholders and partners in different time zones while adhering to he defined SLA’s.
