Responsiblities include (but may not be limited to);
Accountable for the organization and administration of the Obstetrical Nursing Department.
The OB Nurse Manager is delegated authority to develop and maintain the Obstetrical nursing service in accordance with overall hospital policies and in collaboration with other departmental Nurse Managers. In addition, the OB Nurse Manager acts as an in-service coordinator and resource person for the OB nursing staff. He/She assists in planning and providing community outreach activities related to Women's Health, Family, and Parenting
education and support.


Bottom line requirements;

1. RN
2. 3 + years of Management in Obstetrical Nursing.
