Provide support to Process project team members in the delivery of the Manufacturing Process within the Project Milestones.

Ensure the application of Lean Process Design Principles.

v Provide expert level support in the setup & programming of key Process Steps such as Depanelling Systems, Robotic Screw Insertion Systems, Pressure Test Systems and general automated manufacturing solutions.

v Based on your expert knowledge support DFM Reviews with relevant Design & Test Engineers to ensure Product Designs are compatible with the manufacturing Process Steps.

v Attendance & Presentation of Process at Customer meetings both onsite & off-site.

v Perform Process FMEA

v Complete Process Design Simulations - Cardboard Mock-Ups.

v Perform Lean Process Design Reviews - Phase by Phase.

v Generation & Execution of Process Qualification Plans & Report.

v Prepare & Conduct Full Day Production Runs(FDPR)

v Complete Risk Assessments - detailed analysis of H & S issues in advance of the introduction of New Equipment/Processes and post commissioning.

v Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Electronics Engineering or Equivalent

v Minimum 5 Years Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Environment (ideally Automotive Electronics)

v Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Design, APQP, PPAP MSA, PFMEAs, DFM Rules & 5S.

v Experience in Project Managing the delivery of volume manufacturing solutions.

Experience with CAD packages, AutoCAD, CADStart, SolidWorks, etc would be beneficial
