- Lead APQP activities and create PPAP's
- Manage Customer Complains and Corrective Actions
- Support continuous improvement through Kaizen
- Support product validation, receiving inspection, calibration and conformance testing programs
Must be able to work with multi-cultural groups
Solid problem solving skills using a variety of statistical and root cause tools
Flexible working hours, overtime and travel requirements.
Manufacturing process experience with machining, assembly and coatings
Ability to training others.
BS Degree in Engineering, or related field or 8 or more years experience in automotive industry.
