Web Application Developer

Systems Engineering Services Corporation has several openings for an experienced Web Application Developers in Colorado Springs. The work will start as a 6-12 month assignment, with expectation for long-term or contract-to-hire. The team is working on development of data visualization, event analysis, pattern detection, mission planning, mobile software using net centric and enterprise architecture.
In this role, you will be working on the development of web-based applications and components to automate event reporting, data mining, visualization and inferential reasoning for several government customers. Specific tasks will focus on the development and enhancement of a web applications framework. This position will offer you the opportunity to inject your creativity, vision, and perspective into the overall design process and interface with a bright and diverse group of engineers and analysts.

This position requires:
* Advanced JavaScript development skills
* Design/Development of web application frameworks such as Rails, Cold Fusion, Django, or Play)
* Advanced knowledge of html and css
* Experience using and designing web application frameworks
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years of technical experience in software engineering

Nice to have skills include:
* Experience with Ozone Widget Framework (OWF), Ozone Synapse Widget SDK, and JackBe Presto Mashup Server
* Adobe Flex development experience
* Mobile application development experience
* Java development experience
