Position: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Business Analyst - CRM/Other Senior (6+ yrs):

We are looking for Business Analysts with Straight Through Processing/Business Intelligence experience to work on a large, complex initiative in the Personal Lines/Property Casualty insurance industry. The candidate should have 6 years of BA/industry experience and must have business intelligence experience/worked on projects to automate processing for a rules based platform.
It would be ideal if the candidate had Personal Lines/Property Casualty insurance experience but Business Intelligence experience trumps insurance experience. Six sigma experience would also be preferred.
The job will also entail creating, defining and documenting systems requirements, analyzing functional problems, performing gap analysis and determining techniques and requirements most feasible for implementing solutions. The candidate should have experience in all phases of software development lifecycle.
